Should you fast?
Well, I think everyone should fast – at least some times! We see AMAZING benefits from fasting.
- Weight Loss – particularly belly fat loss
- Increased Energy
- Immune Boosting
- Releases Human Growth Hormone (HGH) – fat-burning, lean muscle building
- Balances Blood Sugar and Insulin Levels
- Balances Hormone, Ghrelin – the “hunger hormone”
- Lowers Trigylcerides – “sugar fats”
- May Increase Longevity

You must choose the appropriate fast for you, your body type and your end goals and then PREPARE AHEAD!! You do NOT want to go off coffee/caffeine cold-turkey nor do you want to binge on “crap food” the days before. Otherwise your fasting experience could be fairly challenging!
