Empowering You to Reclaim Your Health and Live the Full Life you Deserve!

Privacy, Freedom and Liberty Natural Wellness!

HAPPY 2023 Y’all!

I’m gonna go out on a limb and predict that this year is gonna be a turning point – a good one!  But I honestly think it’s up to us as individuals to make it great.

Shouldn’t be too difficult given the last 3 years, right!?!?  The bar hasn’t been set very high!

Given this new year and everything that continues to go on – there’s no slowing down yet.  We must actively choose to slow things down, change things up from the latest “status quo” – which is honestly unacceptable!

So how will I do things differently this year and on?

Well, let’s start with a simple definition to get us going!

SELF SOVEREIGNTY:  the ability to choose the direction of one’s own life, and being the exclusive authority over one’s own body and mind

With this concept in mind, I will be converting my practice to a Private Membership Association (PMA) for the sole purpose of protecting my and my clients’ constitutional rights.  (This is NOT a Direct Primary Care (or DPC) practice – that’s a different beast altogether).  My new PMA is called Liberty Natural Wellness.  So when you see the new name just know that’s me!

So what exactly is a PMA, you ask?

The official version is this:

“A PMA is men and woman collectively asserting and standing upon their rights to determine what devices, products, procedures, or services will be utilized by them and Men and women collectively asserting and standing upon their right to Provide and share, legal and lawful services, procedures, advice, counsel, tips and any other information or services which may be deemed beneficial to Association members and freely share, discuss, and obtain, exchange, view and/or use information and services by members of the Association as a private contractual matter, without the information being censored through regulation or restriction upon these rights.”

In Kelley language it means this 😊

A PMA is a legal entity in which the rights of both you (the client) and me (the practitioner) are constitutionally protected – particularly protecting its members’ 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to their healthcare choices, natural products, and services.

If you have to ask why I’m making this switch then you seriously haven’t been paying attention!

These last years we have seen MAJOR government and regulatory agency over-reach into patients’ medical care and honestly, I am SO done with that – and so are many other medical providers!

I am fully trained, credentialed and licensed to do what I do legally and lawfully and I will not have any governmental agency try to take that away from me or you!

As a PMA I will function as I always have – within the legal scope of my practice offering you services to the fullest extent of my ability.

My ultimate goal remains:  to help people achieve optimal health through balancing Gut Health, Inflammation and Hormones – the foundations of health.

There is no fee to join my PMA – that’s not what this is about.

BUT moving forward if you want to work with me, I will require that you join my PMA.  That’s the ONLY way I will work with clients in this “new age” of healthcare.

To become a member, we will ask that you read and sign our PMA agreement prior to your first (or next) appointment.  Once you are ready to schedule Christy will get you all set up with that 😊

And, of course, I will continue to offer Free 15-minute consults to discuss health concerns before we decide next steps!  But just remember, I will only move forward with those clients that value freedom of speech like I do and find value in a PMA.

I am establishing this PMA out of great need in the holistic medical community for a safe- haven where YOU can make personal healthcare choices and I can offer you the best and most effective holistic healthcare without fear.

This is a win-win scenario and the new face of medicine!

REMEMBER – The FDA is NOT your doctor!  The government is not your doctor!

You inherently have Health and Body Sovereignty!

Health and Medical Freedom is not up for debate – it is a God-given right!

We are Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical Beings

We have sovereignty over our bodies and no one has any right to take that away!

Happiest of new years!

For many years and counting – so many people are getting diagnosed with “Depression”.

I covered this before but thought it was worth bringing up again.  Not only are so many practitioners labeling their patients but so many patients are “owning” their diagnosis without question.

I get it – they feel it gives them an “answer” to why they don’t feel “right”.

But is it the “answer” for most?

I am in no way saying there aren’t those that are “depressed” but what I AM saying is that not ALL people who get diagnosed with depression are depressed in the classic sense.  But honestly “classic depression” has been found predominately to be a disorder based in gut and hormones imbalance.

About 2 years ago we learned though a meta-analysis research study that there was NO correlation with depression and low serotonin levels and that taking anti-depressants (SSRIs) actually made serotonin even lower – SEE HERE.

If you go to your conventional (or even holistic) practitioner and report feeling “blah” or have a lack of zest for life then it is likely that you will walk out with the diagnosis of depression and some pills.

But if the practitioner took a moment to really listen to (and HEAR) what this person is saying you would hear that there’s so much more at play than a simplistic “depression” diagnosis.

So, we must dig deeper always!

One of the first things I ask my clients who say they have been diagnosed or think they are depressed:  How is your energy?

99.5% of them respond “horrible”.

Then I ask – “If your energy was good then would you still feel down or depressed?” And almost all said they wouldn’t.

So, what does that tell us?  The issue isn’t depression – the issue is fatigue – physical and/or mental.

The new focus then becomes addressing fatigue.

There is also the possibility of grief at play.  Some that are depressed are dealing with grief and too many practitioners put a timeframe on grief.  There should never be a timeframe on grief.  And this can be addressed through so many different types of modalities.

So overall I find most depression diagnoses to be yet another way to lump people together that might share a certain set of superficial symptoms which allows practitioners to quickly “prescribe something”.

Then where might this fatigue be coming from/WHY is it present?

Some places to look:

  1. Thyroid Imbalances
  2. Poor Nutrition
  3. Inflammation
  4. Gluten Intolerance
  5. Fighting Infection/Parasite/Lyme, etc.
  6. Cancer
  7. Adrenal Burnout/Stress
  8. Sex Hormone Imbalances
  9. Genetic mutations

In other words – demand that your practitioner look for a deeper cause instead of simply medicating you for “Depression” (convention or holistic).

If your practitioner won’t search beyond the diagnosis of depression, then find a new one that will!

Never Give Up!
