Times they are a changin’!
I’ve always taken great pride in helping my clients to the best of my ability and trying to be there when I’m needed (within reason). But I must say these days things are getting quite busy.
There’s so much interest in getting to the root cause and I absolutely LOVE that!
Most people are sick and tired of being dismissed and having their symptoms dismissed or simply medicated by Big pHARMa.
People are becoming wise and that’s WONDERFUL!
As most of you know my main goal is to help as many people as I can to better understand their root cause issues.
If you have hot flashes, I don’t want to just supplement those away, I want to figure out WHY you have hot flashes! Are your detox pathways open? Are you hormones balanced? And I mean BALANCED. Not simply medicated and elevated!
If you have high blood pressure – I wanna know WHY you have high blood pressure! Is your body inflamed? Are your blood vessels inflamed? Is your body reacting to the foods you are eating?
If you have joint pain – I wanna know WHY you have joint pain! Has your body triggered an autoimmune issue or is it dietary?
If you have bloating – I wanna know WHY…I know, I know you get it now:)
With so many people interested in fact-finding these days I have become busier than ever and have shifted my practice to help people – acting as a medical “detective” helping to uncover as many root cause issues as we can vs. simply supplementing all of those symptoms away without understanding deeper WHY’s.
SO, I have needed to start a waitlist for those interested in working with me. The waitlist varies in length day to day depending on how eager people are to get moving on their health goals but ranges from 2 days to 2 months – yes, it does fluctuate that much!

I want to help as many people as possible and I know that NOW is not always the right time for you and that’s OK!

Foundational health is where it all starts and it’s been overlooked by so many in the medical professions – even holistic!
My clients are finding immense value in the lab results and direction they are receiving and I know there is a positive impact in people’s lives by helping them reclaim and balance their foundational health. But in the end it’s all about empowerment so you can do it yourself long term!!
It’s time we take our health into our own hands!
